These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tunely Limited website at tunely-sound.co.uk and the services provided by Tunely Limited ("Tunely", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
Tunely provides professional audio production services including but not limited to: recording sessions, audio production, vocal production, track development, mixing, and creator audio support. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any project will be agreed in writing before work commences.
3. Bookings and Agreements
All bookings and service engagements will be confirmed via written agreement (email or document). A booking is confirmed only once both parties have agreed to the scope of work and any applicable fees.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for each project will be specified in the written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
- Late payment may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
- Delivered files will not be released until payment has been received in full
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you retain full ownership of the creative content recorded or produced during sessions. Tunely retains no rights to your compositions, lyrics, or performances.
Tunely retains the right to use your project as a reference for the purposes of describing our services, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be detailed in the written agreement at the time of booking. In general, notice of less than 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Liability
We will take all reasonable care in performing our services. However, to the extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from our services
- Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant project
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
